Simple things that keep your devices running longer.
Make your battery last longer
Keep your device between 20% and 80% charge where possible, avoid overnight fast charging and never leave a phone in direct sunlight. A battery below 80% health is worth replacing.
Cracked screen? Act quickly
A hairline crack lets in dust and moisture that can damage the digitiser and LCD underneath, turning a cheap glass repair into a full display replacement.
Phone won't charge?
Nine times out of ten it's lint compacted in the charging port, not a fault. We clean ports free of charge — bring it in before buying a new cable.
Console overheating or no picture
Dust build-up and failing thermal paste cause shutdowns; a black screen usually points to a damaged HDMI port. Both are repairable in store.
